Our usual shipping arrangements include import duties and taxes, so most customers receive their orders without additional customs payments.

Exceptions may apply to certain destinations or higher-value orders. Before you place your order, we will confirm whether duties and taxes are included and explain any potential additional charges.

Any import duties, taxes or clearance fees expressly excluded from your quote and disclosed before purchase are your responsibility. Final assessments are determined by the destination’s customs authority.

If you receive an unexpected payment request, please contact us before paying so we can check it with the carrier.

Preparation & Delivery Times

Your preparation or production schedule and estimated delivery window will be confirmed before purchase. Custom jewelry is crafted after you approve your pearls, design and final quote.

Delivery estimates begin from dispatch and are separate from production time. Customs inspections, public holidays and carrier disruptions may occasionally affect arrival dates.

If you need your jewelry for a wedding or another special occasion, please share your required date before ordering so we can confirm feasibility.

Tracking Your Order

We will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. The carrier may contact you for delivery arrangements or customs information.
