A personal selection, made for you.

US$49 deposit · Fully credited to your final order.

• Up to two rounds, with three pearl options per round, selected for your style and budget.
• Photos and video of the actual pearls, with size, surface details and individual prices clearly explained.
• One-to-one guidance on your pearl and jewelry design.

Loose pearls start at US$320. Jewelry settings are quoted separately. The deposit is not the full price of a pearl or finished jewelry.

What happens next

After checkout, reply to your order confirmation with your preferred jewelry style and budget. We will guide you through your selection. Pearl selection typically takes 2–3 days once your preferences are confirmed. Crafting typically takes 7–10 days after approval, before dispatch.

Your approval comes first

We begin making your jewelry only after you approve the pearl, design and total quote in writing. There is no obligation to proceed.

Deposit refunds

You may request a full refund of this US$49 deposit at any time before production begins, including after receiving your selection. Email sevenerapearl@outlook.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.

Custom jewelry & quality care

After you approve production, made-to-order jewelry cannot be returned simply for a change of mind, except where required by law. Our 180-day quality care covers non-accidental defects in materials or workmanship, with covered repairs and associated shipping paid by us. Authenticity or material misdescription concerns will be investigated and resolved with an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
