Begin with the US$49 selection deposit. After checkout, reply to your order confirmation with your preferred jewelry style, pearl colour, size and budget. References are welcome; you do not need to know every technical term.
Compare three pearls.
We select three pearl options for your style and budget. You receive natural-light photos and video of the actual pearls, with whole-pearl views and macro close-ups. We explain their size, visible surface details and individual prices. The service includes up to two rounds of selection.
Choose with the full picture.
Ask questions, compare the options and review the proposed setting. We separate the pearl price from the setting price and confirm the total quote, delivery estimate and applicable return terms before you commit to production.
Approve before we make.
Production begins only after you approve the pearl, design and final quote in writing. Your US$49 deposit is fully credited toward your final jewelry order.

About personal pearl selection
What will I see before choosing?
Photos and video of your actual pearl options in natural light, including overall views from different angles and macro close-ups of visible surface details. We explain size, luster, color and shape. For earrings, we also consider how the two pearls look together. Ask for another view if anything is unclear.
Will my pearl look exactly the same on my screen?
Lighting and screen settings can affect how a pearl appears. Macro close-ups enlarge small surface details, so compare them with the whole-pearl views to judge the overall appearance. You can request another view before making your choice.
What if I do not find the right pearl?
The service includes up to two rounds, with three options per round. You do not have to approve an option. Your deposit remains fully refundable before production begins.
How long does it take?
Selection and crafting times vary by pearl availability and design. We confirm your preparation schedule and estimated delivery window before you order. Production begins after your approval.
Will my pearl come with a laboratory report?
Report availability depends on the individual pearl. If a report is part of your selection, we confirm the issuing laboratory, report type and any testing time in your quote. Photos, videos and our selection notes help you assess appearance; they do not replace independent laboratory findings.
What happens if I change my mind?
The selection deposit is refundable before production begins. Custom or personalized jewelry approved for production may have different cancellation and return terms, which we identify before you pay. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
