Pearls may display individual variations in color, shape, luster and surface characteristics. Photography, lighting and screen settings may affect their appearance. These variations do not excuse an item that materially differs from its agreed description.

For personal selection orders, we provide photographs and video of the actual pearls for approval before production.

Pearl Selection & Laboratory Reports

GEM-LUSTER describes SEVENERA’s own luster selection standard. It is not an independent laboratory grade or a guarantee of perfect roundness or a flawless surface. Shape, surface condition and other characteristics are assessed separately.

References to PSL Venus or other laboratory findings apply only to the specific items supported by the corresponding report. A report is included only where expressly stated.

Prices & Orders

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated. Any applicable setting costs, shipping arrangements and potential additional import charges are disclosed before purchase.

A pearl-selection deposit is separate from the price of finished jewelry. Its credit and refund conditions are set out in the relevant product description and Returns & Refunds policy.

If we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain it and agree on a resolution. We will not apply a higher price without your agreement.
